Old Hallows Eve is merely just around the bend, and just like any festivities of the year, “SimCity Social” is also cooking something for this year’s Halloween celebration. The game just recently leaked something spooky for all virtual mayors of SCS. With this picture, it is very clear that all mayors are set for a spooky 14 days when the Halloween themed event will hit the game any time soon, we anticipate it would happen around Monday October 22 or next week and may probably last for 14 days and yes this will still be confirmed by SCS.
At the moment just feat your eyes with this Haunted House unit which is said to be one of the featured items in the upcoming Halloween update of the game. We are not sure yet if, this unit is still the same Haunted House which is already listed the current item shop of the game or perhaps this it is the same unit but with better stats of effect this time around.
So for all eager mayors, expect one spooky event this time and expect Vampires, Witches, Werewolves, Ghouls, Ghost, Goblins, Zombies and everything that bumps in the darkness of night. So far these are just the things we are speculating to be part of the upcoming update which is in line with our celebration of Halloween. More of which will be updated as soon the game will announce (or perhaps after the current Work Hard quest arch ends) the update any time soon. For you latest update, don’t forget to stay tune to us as we bring you the freshest buzz of the game 24/7. Tips and guides of “SimCity Social” is also featured here so make your stay worthwhile by reading some of it too.
Do you have a bright idea which you would like to be added in the Halloween themed event/quests which is about to be launched in the game? Aside from the featured Haunted House what Halloween themed building or item you wish to see in the game in the coming day? Let us hear your idea out by sharing it our comment section below.

wow that is
GOOD….
how about using movie props like Crystal Lake or Elm Street or characters like freddy, jason try to solve murders in your city
hell naw if u make them turn sim city into some mystery crap im gonna rip ur balls off
lol what balls
they should add new businesses like a comedy club or a car wash or common things like that
or a fruit farm that generates money and materials
a funeral home!! to go with the cemeteries already in the game
Zombie shooting range
i love this one….
they update everything but new home styles im tired of building the same types of homes
Totally agree, and when I do get a home style I like it upgrades to one I don’t like!
This works for me right up to the point where I have to change CDs: raiemnng the directory doesn’t seem to be working. It keeps telling me to insert Disc 2. Is it possible this is due to a change in the software between Feisty and Gutsy?
Schools and colleges is what our cities need(could be haunted,if required!!!!
I have unrelated question, how do I know how many people are in my city? I only know when one moves in. Isn’ there a way to find out otherwise?
wish don would let us randomly collect.i need 3 clicks to grease office tower and i need to click on someones eiffel tower but no one seems to have them..
Maybe have it that random buildings become “haunted” and produce nothing. Then have a Ghost hunter…maybe TAPS, and they have to run out and rid the building of the ghosts…much like the police etc.? Also, the buildings change color and look run down.
firs to have all this stuff we need more land ar some way to damn up the rivers/ lakes to build on
Glad you have this contest. I\’ve been mninaeg to send this suggestion but haven\’t gotten around to it until this incentive came along. You are doing a good job at the Coop of sourcing many items locally, or as locally as possible. I would like to see the coop source even more items from local growers and producers, and less items from out of state or out of the country. Obviously there are many items that can only come from far away. But I\’m sure there are still more items that could be obtained closer to LA. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
